Happy February from the beautiful Port of Ilwaco -

Cocktail of the Month: Bright Spot
Sort of a pineapple gimlet. Refreshing and tropical, like a midwinter getaway.

Combine the following in a low ball glass with ice:
2 oz Beefeater gin
2 oz freshly squeezed pineapple juice (we use a great old Champion brand juicer)
1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
1 oz simple syrup.

We will be of course be Open on Tuesday, February 14th for St. Valentine’s Day.
In addition to the February menu we will offer a 3 Course Dinner Special:
A glass of pink or white sparkling wine, Shrimp and Avocado Salad, Sea Scallops with Crab Risotto and Deep Lemon Custard Tart. ($40.)
